Agro Pack incorporated as Proprietorship Firm in April 1996 which later on with grow in business converted in to Partnership Firm in April 2009 owned by Harish M Patel & Bipin M Patel.
| 1996 | April | Started to formulate & pack Liquid & Powder Pesticides on contract basis for MNC at Panoli |
| 1997 | Nov | Powder formulation & Packing business separated by starting new unit named Agri Care at Panoli. |
| 1999 | April | Aquired adjoining units for expantion at Agro Pack Panoli. |
| 2005 | Aug | Ware house admeasuring 3557 mtrs acquired at Ankleshwar. |
| 2007 | July | Agro Pack II constructed for formulation & Packing of EC/SC Exclusively for Syngenta at Ankleshwar. |
| 2009 | Feb | Agro Pack III constructed for formaulation & Packing of Herbicides with 5000 Pallets storage ware house at Panoli exclusively for BASF. |
| 2010 | April | Agro Pack IV constructed for Packing of Fungicides with 1500 Pallets storage ware house at Ankleshwar exclusively for BASF. |
